Picture Marketing Events

Trendtech Marketing owns Fototech.ca, is a proprietary web-based picture marketing system that can supply clients and consumers with digital picture postcards from special events, promotions or client functions.

The digital picture postcards can be used as a way to initiate, enhance or continue contact with new and existing customers/clients.

Pictures are taken by our staff at event/retail locations, and then inserted into a customized email postcard template. When the picture is collected by the recipient, it can contain brand messaging or marketing questions, plus an opportunity for people to forward their picture to friends.

Pictures can be collected in one of two ways:

• Within 48 hours an email message will be sent to the appropriate email address of the person whose picture was taken by our staff. • Pictures can also be stored on our secure server, and retrieved from a customized website via a unique password that is assigned to each picture, and given to the customer/client by a branded card, at the time the picture is taken. Pictures can be composed in one of the three following ways:

• In front of a blue screen (ie. a plain blue backdrop), and then the subject's picture is inserted into a custom background using a graphic application.

 

 

 

 

 

• In front of a backdrop containing sponsor logos or product images.

 

 

 

 

• In front of an existing background at the event location.
